Founder
Elizabeth Madison Fine
A former foster youth and entrepreneur. The organization is hers to start. It is not hers to carry alone.
You should not have to figure out adulthood alone.
Cosmic Futures was founded by Elizabeth Madison Fine, a former foster youth and entrepreneur who understands what it means to enter adulthood without the stability, direction, and support many young people are expected to have. After building MADDS Marketing, she returned to an idea she first began developing in 2023: creating practical pathways for older foster youth to build confidence, skills, and a future of their own choosing.
That sentence is the foundation, not the whole building. Madison’s lived experience is why Cosmic Futures exists. It is not a substitute for qualified professionals, community partners, or the young people who will say whether a lesson is actually useful. Programs will be shaped with those voices in the room.
This is not a tragic origin story, and it is not a rescue story. It is a decision to build the practical pathway she needed — documents, money, work, a plan — and to refuse to make the next person walk it without company.
A portrait, honestly
We are not using a stand-in photo of the founder.
Madison’s name and words are enough. A generated face would be a fiction. When she chooses a portrait for this page, it will be hers.
The photograph beside this text is illustrative: young adults at the edge of a city. It is not Las Vegas footage, and it is not a picture of participants.

Illustrative photography. Not the founder. Not participants.
How she got here
2023
The idea starts
Madison begins developing practical pathways for older foster youth — skills, confidence, and a future they choose.
Between
A business, built
She builds MADDS Marketing. The skill it took matters. Cosmic Futures is a different structure: a nonprofit in formation, not a campaign for that company.
Now
A return, with a name
She returns to the 2023 idea and forms Cosmic Futures Corp. in Nevada. Governance, fiscal sponsorship, and tax-exemption steps are in progress.
Next
Clark County
A local launch, announced when safeguarding and the program are actually ready. Not before.
MADDS Marketing is part of her record as a builder. Cosmic Futures is a separate organization with its own job: Nevada youth, not a marketing client. The two should not be confused, and young people are not a brand exercise.
