A young person’s information is for their plan, not for a sponsor’s newsletter.
Draft intent — not an adopted policy. These words explain what Cosmic Futures is preparing. They are not yet binding.
The rule we are writing toward
Names, photos, plans, and histories stay inside the people who need them to do the work. Sponsors may be thanked by name. They do not receive participant lists, and recognition is never payment for access.
Stories
Cosmic Futures will not ask young people to perform trauma to raise money. If someone later chooses to share, it will be with informed consent, a real chance to say no, and no penalty for refusing.
Referrals
Until an intake process exists, agencies should request program information only. Do not send case files, assessments, or a minor’s personal history through the public form.
